PENIS ENLARGEMENT
First of all, it is important to distinguish between an elongation and a thickening of the penis. Only in combination with each other do both dimensions lead to an increase - especially in the non-erect state.
PENIS THICKENING
First, let's talk about penis thickening: Especially when flaccid, a thicker penis looks more aesthetic. Due to the increase in volume, it also hangs down more and thus “elongates itself”. Two different variants are possible: The temporary penis thickening is carried out with a special hyaluronic acid filler, but only lasts for a limited period of time. The other variant enables long-term permanent penis thickening through autologous fat transplantation.
The first variant is suitable for patients who want a quick solution without surgery or who want to "test" the increase in volume first. The filler treatment (variant 1) lasts for about 3-5 years. It can be performed with little pain under local anesthesia and without downtime.
The autologous fat transplantation can establish this volume effect permanently, although the procedure may have to be repeated after a few years, because only approx. 60% of the volume remains viable. It is advisable to combine this procedure with liposuction of the pubic mound and, if necessary, the lower abdomen and flanks. In particular, the suction of the pubic mound creates a penis enlargement, however, only optically, since the suspension on the pubic bone becomes flatter.
Does penis thickening affect the erect penisand thus sexuality? With regard to the circumference of the penis, the volume effect also comes into play during an erection, which under certain circumstances can intensify the respective sexuality through more "friction" with the other person. With a hyaluronic acid or autologous fat treatment, up to 1.5 cm more penis girth can be achieved - however, at least two sessions are usually possible.
PENIS EXTENSION
Penis lengthening is more complex and requires a lot of patient cooperation after the surgery. What is often not known: 50% of the penis length is hidden inside the body. Therefore, liposuction of the pubic mound is usually the first important step. The second, surgically more complex step is the severing of a part of the three-dimensional holding apparatus of the penis on the pubic bone, which holds the penis back due to its tautness. The upper ligament can be severed via a small incision at the base of the penis, allowing the shaft of the penis to be pushed further outwards. Even more important for the success of this procedure, however, is the follow-up treatment in order to stabilize the result achieved and to achieve a lasting effect: The so-called distraction treatment with a special apparatus consisting of a vacuum chamber for the tip of the penis and a traction system. This follow-up treatment begins after 5-7 days and is important in order to maintain the lengthening of the severed ligament. If this treatment is only carried out carelessly, the ligament will be scarred again and the increase in length will be reduced. The distraction then has to be worn 2 x 3 hours a day or all night until about three months after the operation. With this method and with good "cooperation" of the patient, about 2 cm more penis length can be achieved.
Preparation
In an initial conversation, we will first clarify your complaints, wishes and needs in relation to this special procedure. Before an intimate surgical procedure, you must not take any blood-thinning medication for at least 14 days before the operation and you should refrain from smoking.
Technique
The surgery takes place in a combination of sedation and local anesthesia and is therefore almost painless. It is important to precisely mark the findings while standing in order to localize the exact suction area. The procedure itself takes about 45 to 90 minutes. The small, approx. 5mm long skin incisions are then sewn up with self-dissolving threads so that painful pulling of the threads can be avoided. Visible scars usually do not remain. The sensation is preserved without restriction.
Costs & Financing
The cost of penis enlargement depends on the type and number of procedures. The costs for a temporary penis thickening with hyaluronic acid (durability 3-5 years) start at around 2,500 Euros and vary depending on the complexity involved.
The costs for a penis thickening with autologous fat start at around 4,000 euros, the costs of an operation to lengthen the penis start at around 4,500 euros.
Risks
Risks such as postoperative bleeding, wound healing disorders or unsightly dents can occasionally occur during the procedures. The latter may require correction later. We at JJPS are very familiar with genital surgery, especially through our experience in centers for transgender surgery, so that the risk of complications is reduced to a minimum.
Aftercare
After a penis enlargement, swelling and small bruises are to be expected.
However, pressure on the penis (intercourse, horseback riding, tight pants) must be avoided for 8-12 weeks, as must smoking and extreme temperatures (sauna, swimming, bathing). Normal everyday activities are possible after about 4-5 days.
