INJECTION LIPOLYSIS

The application only makes sense for small, circumscribed fat deposits. Especially with a double chin, it can be a simple and low-risk remedy. The same applies to small depots on the knee.

Some providers of "aesthetic medicine" who aren't surgeons also offer the "fat-away-syringe" for large-area treatments on the stomach and buttocks. The effectiveness of this therapy is often low and a reason for dissatisfaction and complaints. The most effective and, in terms of sustainability and expectation of success, optimal therapy for this is clearly liposuction.

TREATMENT

In the case of injection lipolysis, the active ingredient phosphatidylcholine is used. It consists of an extract from soybeans to which the substance deoxycholate is added. It is similar to human bile acid.

The active ingredient is applied directly to the fat deposits with a thin needle and induces a chemical inflammation that leads to the breakdown of the fat cells by the body's own immune system.

However, as described above, this is only possible with delimited fat deposits in a small space (such as on the chin or inner thighs), since the aforementioned inflammatory reaction must occur locally. For all other indications, JJPS uses more effective means. You will receive information on this during our office consultation.
