About Dr. Sima Alassaf
Dr. Sima Al Assaf is a physician currently completing the final stage of her specialized medical training (Facharzt-Weiterbildung) in plastic and aesthetic surgery at JJPS Berlin. With her calm, precise demeanor and high medical standards, she is a valuable addition to the team both professionally and personally.
Following her medical licensure (Approbation) in 2021, Dr. Al Assaf gained several years of comprehensive clinical experience at large, renowned clinics in Berlin. Her professional stations included plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery, the intensive care unit, and the central emergency department. Most recently, she worked at the Department of Hand and Burn Surgery, where she acquired deep surgical experience in the treatment of severely burned patients, hand surgery, and microsurgical techniques.
Dr. Al Assaf completed her medical studies at Qassim University in Saudi Arabia with top honors. In addition to her clinical career, she is the author of several international scientific publications—a testament to her analytical thinking and high level of professional dedication.
Dr. Sima Al Assaf pursues a holistic and responsible approach to plastic and aesthetic medicine. Medical safety, precise planning, and realistic outcomes are her top priorities. During consultations, she places great emphasis on transparency, honesty, and clear, understandable explanations—always keeping the individual starting point and personal reality of her patients in view.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Al Assaf also demonstrates her eye for detail: In her free time, she enjoys spending time in her Berlin allotment garden (Gartenlaube), where she engages with plants, nature, and small gardening projects. Furthermore, she is passionate about artistic baking and creative pastry concepts—a passion that reflects her sense of aesthetics, patience, and fine craftsmanship.
This combination of surgical precision, aesthetic sensitivity, and personal down-to-earth nature also shapes her medical work at JJPS. Her treatment decisions are clearly guided by medical viability and individual feasibility—not by short-term trends. Should she advise against a procedure or recommend alternatives, she does so openly, comprehensibly, and always in the best interest of the individual.
